Returns
Normally all our watches are hand-checked for double perfection and packed with utmost care to reach it to you in the perfect condition. In the rarest event that you are not pleased with our product and want to return, we do have the following request.
- From the date you receive your shipment package, you have 30 days to return the item.
- Please return the item in its original condition. That is, unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Any stickers and tags must be kept as received from our factory/warehouse.
These are the eligibility criteria for returning the item.
And needless to say,
- Please retain the original packing and return the item in its original packaging.
- Retain the receipt/voucher as proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you promptly as we receive your returned item. We will inspect the condition of the item and will let you know the refund status accordingly.
We will refund the amount to your credit card or any other method of payment chosen by you at the time of purchase. We will refund your amount once it is approved after inspection.
Based on your bank's credit card policy, you will receive a refund within a certain number of days.
Shipping
The shipping costs are to be borne by you as the shipping costs are non-refundable when returning an item purchased.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
